suger 20g

ginger 10g

salt 200cc

Directions: 

1.Chinese cabbages cut in half and put it in salted water and more pour salted water on.(salt 200cc+water2L)

2.You put salt over each Chinese cabbages leaves.

3. Every 3 hours, 3 times put it up side down and leave it 6~12hours on.

4After Chinese cabbage become softly, wash it clean for 3 times.

5.After washing, for 2 hours over a bamboo basket to dry.

6.If you try the taste it much salty, put it into water about for 10 minutes to make salty taste lightty.

7.If you try the taste. It salf tasteless, adjust to put salt into kimchee seasoning.

8.You make kimchee seasoning while waiting to dry it

9.Way to the kimchee seasoning, all vegetahees cut each 5cm and put in 7sorts of seasoning and mix it all.

10.Leave it for 1 hour on, after drying Chinese cabbages spread on a kimchee seasoning it’s all.
